| About: | The place is so small that you have to wait on the sidewalk for a table. Downtown businesspeople do not mind the wait, and neither will you once you have tasted the food. The menu remains the same from opening to closing. The servings are large, tasty and inexpensive. A popular pick is Pork and Flame-broiled Shrimp with vermicelli and vegetables for USD5.45. The Beef and Shrimp with vegetables and rice is a filling meal also at USD5.45. Beverages include hot or iced green tea, lemonade and coffee. |

Two of us had dinner there tonight at 5:45 PM. It was busy but we were seated immediately. We weren't very hungry (we thought) so we got the spring rolls and the curried chicken and rice. I got the Vietnamese Iced coffee that is always delicious. Spring rolls were fantastic. Chicken was very, very good. So good that we decided to order the #20, steak with rice noodles. It was delicious. Tender steak, noodles, sprouts, carrot, cuke, bok choy, chopped peanuts, daikon - fresh tasting, clean and delicious. And the price? $20! Yes, only 20 bucks for two. A bargain - worth twice the price.
PHO 777 is amazing! Their food ROCKS!!!!!!!!
They not only have the best food in town but the BEST SERVICE! We eat there once a week from work (order out) and they all usually get the 19 or a 17. I always get the tofu spring rolls! I also sometimes get the vegie soup w/brocolli and tofu which for a large is only like $6.50 which is actually 2 meals. It comes w/bean sprouts, jalepenos, lime and cilantro!!!!!!!! We just pay $7 for a 19 and $4 for the spring rolls, that covers tax and a small tip..
They are a GREAT BUSINESS and always get our orders right!

periodically for ten years stopping in this place, the service is always slow and poor. spring rolls never taste freshly made. old and dry, and what they serve for peanut sauce should be considered mystery sauce with no hint of peanuts. quanity varies on every visit along with quality.look in the kitchen, cleanliness is not what you think of. there are better restrauants in town.

it is not peanut sauce, which they serve with spring roll. It is sesami sauce!! so it doesn't taste peanut.
