Stay away...stay far away! I have never been treated so rudely in my life as I was by the "Kitchen Manager" at this restaurant. I had to book a dinner for 25 guests, and had stopped by to see if they would have a table available. The woman at the front, who was dressed like a hostess and behaved like a hostess, said it would be no problem. I told her I would call back later to confirm.

When I called, the "Kitchen Manager" answered the phone. When I told her I was calling to confirm a party of 25, she acted competely put-out! She said the woman at the front should NOT have taken the reservation, because it was not up to her, and that as the "kitchen manager" she did not see how they could accomodate because they did not have the right table cloths!

I did not see why that mattered, and when I was in earlier the place was empty. I told her I did not care what kind of table clothes they had, but it seemed they could just put some tables together for us. She continued to give me attitude, and I finally asked her what her problem was. She ended up saying, "You know, I don't need this! Do NOT bring your party here!" and hung the phone up on me.

Frankly, I thought the place had closed down because for the most part the parking lot has been empty for the past few months. Now I know why!

Best Place in Reno to Meet, Talk, and watch a game: On weeknights, this is the most perfect place to meet and talk over good food and maybe a beer. On Weekends, bigger crowds show up, and it gets a little noisier, compared to weeknights, but the service is still (sexy) great, the food is tasty great, and they've always got the games on the MANY tv's around the place. So you can keep a reign on your group if you want. Really well designed, well thought out, Great place to eat, drink, talk, or watch the game.

HEAD OVER HEALS!!: The best BAR burger in town BAR NONE! A little on the classier end of the sports bar spectrum, the Brewhouse offers classic bar food to the most elegant of Angus beef steaks! I was surprised to be greeted by a hostess, yes, I said hostess and taken directly to my seat where I had a GREAT view of all the games on plasma TV's. Not only was I served immediately, the General Manager was there to make sure everything went well with my family's experience. The chef also made his way out of the kitchen to make sure that our steaks were done to perfection. My daughter named them the Bald Duo! I recommend this place to everyone that wants to have a GREAT casual dining experience!
