   I will agree with the review already made that for the price we do deserve some things such as gym and a pool at least. Yes the carpets and appliances are very old. The apartments do need alot of updates do to the demand here. I had to give it a 3 star due to those points but if I was rating on staff alone I would have done 5 stars, I have been very pleased with the staff here there polite and helpful at all times. They do everything they can. You must keep in mind the amenities and appliance issues is not there fault as there have to go thru the property owner to get those things done so please dont come down on them for those issues at hand.

   I just moved to Elko NV; I noticed that there is no decent apartement in this area...We only has few apartement and they are old and not really attractive, the City is growing really fast and so many people move in to this area. Beautiful little city supported by Mining Industry.
   
   NOTE TO BUILDER OUT THERE: Please come to Elko NV and build some new apartements complex; we need it here badly... The demand is here just there is not supply exist, so PLEASE if you are a Builder put the " Supply and Demand" Theory here in Elko you will not regret it....For example this Monte Carlo Apartement, they really taking advantage of the situation-they are raising the price already, and we are paying our own water, sewer and garbage for extra $ 35.00 more a month on the top of monthly rent that already high... For what we pay we deserved high class apartement with fancy facilities such as fitness room, swimming pool but, do we get those facilities?? NO we dont. Instead we have an old type apartement with miss matched carpet in every room, no phone jack in every room (only in the kitchen and master bedroom) there is none in the 2nd or 3rd bedroom, and neither TV cable jack only in the living room, Poorly designed floor plan and outdated kitchen appliances.
   
   AGAIN for the Builders out there come to Elko NV and build some decent apartement here.....The opportunity is here. We work hard everyday and would like to come home to a nice decent apartement.
