worst bank around: Having been a loyal customer, and one-time employee of ths nationwide bank, I am disappointed to say they have treated me like I was worthless. I have had my debit card eaten by two different ATM's in 2005. The first time it took nearly 4 months to get a replacement card, the second time took 2 months. I have received horrendous service in the branch more often than not. I am sad to say that after much debate, I am finally closing my account with BofA to go to a much smaller, community bank.
