User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsthis store has crappy service and no way to print new cards for customers and they are very rude to new customers as well. my experance with the Employees was unforgettable they all need to be retrained and the store needs to be updated, I ask for a movie and they looked it up on the computer they said they had 8-movies in the store and they would not even look for them and wrote it off and said someone stole them? reaching for excuses is not exceptable service for customers......

I guess they have taken your advice, Chrisa. All the employees are friendly and helpful. When I was checking out last week, the employee informed me that I had a free rental on my account. He asked if I had another movie I wanted to get and when I told him I did, he went and found it for me. Even when they are busy, it usually will not take long to get a question answered. I give this store 5 stars!
