User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI called to see if my kids could spend a day in a safe environment playing with other children. They told me "NO absolutely not! You'll have to come enroll them in a program and fill out a lot of paperwork, and then they have to be approved and then you have to pay for it". So my kids aren't good enough, they have to be approved? They can't do anything for me unless I pay them & put them in a program? How are we supposed to keep our kids off the streets? Where is the community in Community Center? When I was growing up the Community Center had a superviser and a bunch of games to play, and kids could drop in whenever they wanted.
