User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsIf Kazi's KFC in Eagle Rock, CA is an indicator of their customer satisfaction level, Kazi is in serious trouble. I have been going to this KFC for over 25 years with mixed results, more often than not, unfavorable. On one recent visit to the drive through, I ordered 6 pot pies. I was in formed by the kid at the window that I would have to wait 30 minutes, as they were allowed by the manager to cook only 4 pies at a time and they had none ready, then I would have to wait for them to cook the other two (another 30 minutes)!
I often order 20 extra crispy wings @ 10 for $5.99. Avery tasty treat and a bargain. Today (5/20/08) I ordered my 20 wings but was told by the kid at the window that it would be a 20 minute wait; and that the price would be $1.61 per wing. I argued that only 2 days earlier they cooked my 20 wings @ the usual 10 for $5.99, at which point a young Latino gentleman came to the drive through window and loudly yelled at me "I no have that! I only giving you if I am having extra wings"! That is an exact quote. I asked who he was and told me he was the manager. I asked for the name of the owner or corporate office at which point he stated (now screaming) "I no give you nothing! You leaving now or I calling police"! Again this is an exact quote. I then parked in the parking area and entered the store. I again demanded the name of the owner or corporate office phone number. Someone called shopping center security guard. When the guard showed up and heard the story he told the manger âDude, why don't you just tell him the company name". A counter girl then handed me a print out with Kazi Foods and a phone number to an automated survey. I finally found the corporate info on Google. After 25 years it's goodbye KFC, hello Poppyâs.

I agree with you i went to that kazi food in that picture in 4070 S central ave and what they did they wernt giving me the right amount of ingredients in my tacos or nochos they were being stingy. The damn taco wasnt worth its price because it was like having the taco it self but with rarly any meat above the rest also really mad thats not right service at all!!! never going there again!!
