I've been here a few times since I moved to LA six years ago. Each time I left dissapointed. I've tried the beef and the turkey, and always ask for extra au jus, but they refuse even if you offer to pay. I guess they don't believe in giving the customer what he wants. Portions are overpriced. Don't waste your time looking for parking or waiting in line. I doubt I'll be back..

I can say I did it once!. Very average food nothing special. I have had better beef dip sandwiches at undiscovered places. The quality of bread is awful. The lemonade was lacking in 'lemony' taste.

I would appreciate your recommendation of the other places with better beef dips. Always looking for a good one.

The food was pretty good but we were seated for a minute before a man came over and asked for money, I said no. Then maybe 2 minutes later a homeless woman came over and asked for money, before I knew what was happening she was stuffing my sons food in her mouth. I yelled at her "No what are you doing" and she apologized I gave her my son's food and told her to leave and she left after she licked some whipped cream off the table. It was not very safe or clean. No one from the restaurant cared that homeless people were working the room asking for money, eating peoples food, and licking the tables.
