Worst Service department. Please do not deal with Felix Cadillac, Real bad service. We brought our new Escalade 6 times and still not fixed they even wanted $61 day for a free loaner! I brought this to the owners attention Darrell Halter and no response!
The owner owns several dealerships in downtown like Mercedes and Toyota. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR SERVICE! They might swap parts or some funky stuff. 
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI went to the service department to get a battery for my remote and i was quoted to differnt prices. the parts department told me it would be 55 dollars for labor and the service department told me 100.00 when I told them about quoting two different prices they just got queit and said that they couldn't open it becasue they didn't want to take the responability in case it broke. talk about trying to get over on you.!!! I will be reporting this to the better bsussiness bureau. Idots!!!!

I was having problems starting with my 2002 chevy monte carlo. i was told that my cpu needed to be replaced, it cost me 800 dollars. i drove my car home only to have the same problem. i complained to the service deparment and was told it would cost me an additional 1000 dollars for more repairs.
