This place is wonderful. The second best Chinese food I've ever eaten behind the R&G Lounge in San Francisco. Great authentic dishes. The time I was there I didn't have to wait at all to be seated. It was an hour before a Dodger game so I thought it might be packed. I ordered the slippery shrimp which was suggested by nearly every review. It was good but and I understand why it's so popular. That is becuase it's the typical "white man" dish on the menu. It's pretty close to something you could get at Panda Express. I would recommend getting some more authentic dishes. We had the spicy pork bean curd and it was amazing and a spicy garlic fish dish which was also very good. I will pass on the slippery shrimp next time, it's just not authentic. When it arrived I kind of felt like a tourist, like I didn't know what real Chinese food was. This is not. It is there to appease all of the customers who want to think their eating authentic Chinese food. I'm surprised they even have it on the menu considering their vast and wonderful offerings. It kind of takes away from the overall credibility of the place. Anyway, once I get started I can't stop. But go this place, it's great.
