| About: | Friends gather at this popular Korea-town favorite for some of the best sushi around, served up at rock bottom prices. Five sushi chefs work tirelessly to turn out the endless hand rolls, sushi and sashimi served here. Favorite dishes include the Nigari, an assortment of eight or nine pieces of sushi, which includes large pieces of tuna, shrimp and octopus. The unusual tempura roll is also a must-try. The spicy tuna roll lives up to its name and will only set you back a few dollars. |

We have been dining at Noshi Sushi for over 26 years, since they were across the street where they were only able to seat 20 people. The quality of all their dishes, sushi and service has has always been excellent. The prices have changed minimally. We are hooked on Noshi. My wife and I MUST go for our Noshi "fix" several times a month.
I've been dining at Noshi for over a decade...I've moved out of the LA area and still make a point to dine there pretty regularly. No frills, No fancy rolls, just straight up fresh sushi. Portions are generous and prices are more than fair! My hit list include the dynamite and spicy tuna roll (cut so you can share!!!) Both are must try items!!! Bon Appetit!!
First off I'd just like to say, I wish I could give this place zero stars. Unfortunately there is no option for that.
I've been to dozens of sushi places and this place is absolutely over hyped.
To keep it brief:
-30 minute wait = no sushi. Where have you been that takes 30 minutes to make sushi?
-It is true that the prices are cheap, BUT it is half the order size of any other place. instead of 8 or 6 pieces of whatever, it's a standard FOUR for ANYTHING.
-This place blows, I spent $50 for two people and left starving.
