User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsVery traditional "Armenian food" . The cucumber salad rocks! I had a kabob sandwich. Very yummy. But I would strongly recommend the FISH ! OH YEAH. Call ahead because this dish takes awhile, but very worth the wait. They cook the fish in traditional clay smoker...now I do not mean the kind that go in the oven. This is an upright clay cooker shaped like a vase, the fish are slow cooked and are quite delicious.
The hummus was average, but good.
This place was a little hard to find, it is upstairs. It is like walking into 1940 armenian restaurant. Simple wooden tables, open windows. The staff was wonderful and I would highly recommend taking the time to walk the stairs to the restaurant, like a step into the past.
