Great Stuff.: Being a self-proclaimed food critic, more like addict, and passing by this company several times, I finally went in to see what they manufacture. What I found was that they manufacture noodles and various kinds of 'wrappers.' So, intrigued I purchased some stuff and over some time I've tried all of their products. I can tell you that you they are all very good. Their fresh noodles are great for frying if you'd like that nostalgic fried noodle/appetizer treat. Their fresh/egg and dry noodles also make for a great bowl of udon/ramen if thats what you like or even chow mein. Their dumpling wrappers are good too; thick enough to stuff without breaking with just the right amount of 'bite' when cooked. The wonton and egg roll wrappers fry up nicely. Even better is that these wrappers are more then what their name implies, they're very versatile; have you ever used wonton wrappers to make something like Samosas?

Overall, I'd return to purchase from them. Even though they are wholesale, they don't mind doing walk-in sales of any amount and are very friendly to deal with.
