I have been on the phone for one hour this morning. Nobody picks up in Los Angeles. The person at the 1-800 number gave me 5 different numbers to call in Los Angeles but not one of them is any good. For the last hour i felt like I have been trying to deal with some Mexican company! Unbelievable!
Bus Schedule Stated One Stop Transfer to another bus in Sacramento. For some reason bus stopped in Los Angeles and we were all toled to exit the bus. The next bus for me didn't arrive for over four hours. I was only supposed to have one transfer for the duration of the trip. I am now being told that the next scheduled bus for me will be a six hour layover when I reach my next destination instead of a one half hour layover, because I will actually miss the connecting bus I was supposed to get on. I will never do another bus ride again because of this experience.
Yeah, I was there on May 2nd. I love the new remodeling. And the security people are so helpful. In fact, they were everything the regular clerks should have been: Practicing friendly customer service! Except for the Crucero guy, the service from the rude, bored undertrained excuse for a person I got was horrible! I almost thought it was just another Mexican hating my black skin. But she continued with her obnoxiousness after I left too. People would walk around behind the counter, approach a post and leave, as if to taunt us. Its just a mess. Giving the historic carrier such a bad image in Los Angeles. That shouldnt be in a world famous city.
