Calvary Cemetery took my family in hand and gave us their very best, in the person of Susan, our funeral director. She made a traumatic event, the passing of our mother, not only bearable, but gave us in a gentle, compassionate and professional way, the opportuntiy to say farewell in a beautiful and meaningful service. She was never anything but helpful, sincerely caring and ever patient with us and the many options open to us in the necessary arrangements and time frame. She exhibited, in all our opinions, the very finest example of what people in her capacity should be about. There is no doubt that when a loved one passes and arrangements have to be made, there is an opportunity for advantage and self-service. Our mom (and wife) was very, very special to us--the jewel in the crown. Susan and Calvary never did anything but give us five star treatment, and saw our own best interest and their own. Calvary will always have our heart-felt gratitude. We also take this time to thank the staff who prepared my mother for presentation in a manner that left us feeling they could not have done it without having the deepest respect for the departed and the family. God bless them all.
Sympathetic: We had a funeral for my aunt at the Calvary Cemetery and Mausoleum. I was so impressed with the service. Our mortician Susie was lovely and so sweet. A class act.
