I never used to write reviews for companies, but this time I decided to communicate to everybody what a wonderful company this is and how grateful I am with them.
I used to rent my two properties because I thought it was cheaper than hiring a property management company, but I was so wrong! When you lease your own apartments the rent payment is always delay, the tenants call you with hundreds of problems and you needed to solve them no matter the hour or day. Because of this, I wanted to sell my apartment and thatâs how I ended with EGL properties. They gave me such a good service that I decided not to sell but rent them. Now I am getting the income from my properties without problems and without having to solve any troubleshoot.
EGL Properties is responsible for everything!
