User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have been taking my car to Toyota of Hollywood for over 10 years and I have always had excellent service. My service guy is wonderful he always makes sure I get the promotional discounts even if I forgot my coupon at home. He never pushes unwanted repairs on me. He calls me before they do any work on the car to see if I want them to go ahead and do the work or if I wish to get a second opinion. The best part is that my car is always running in excellent condition and has never left me stranded it still runs like the first day I took it off the lot.

I WENT OVER THERE BECAUSE MY TRUCK WAS LICKING OIL AND THEY SAID NEED A FEW REPAIRS, WAS VERY DESAPOINTED ABOUT THIS PLACE ,, BECAUSE FOR A LICKING PROBLEM I ENDED PAYING $4.996 DOLLARS AND IN THE PAPERS SAID $ 2000 IN PARTS AND $ 3000.00 DOLLARS IN LABOR IS A BIG ROBERY...... PEOPLE ASK FOR SECOND OPINION BEFORE YOU TURN YOU CARS IN FOR REPAIRS IN THIS PLACE. AND I TRYED TO CANCEL THE REPAIRS TO TAKE IT ANOTHER PLACE AND THEY TOLD ME TO PUT IT BACK I NEED TO PAID $ 1200 DOLLARS VERY DESAPOINTED ABOUT THE PLACE TOYOTA HOLLYWOOD ,,,
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsAwful, conspiracy to take rip you off.: The finance mgr, Mr. Kwon, the sales mgr, Orlando, will make you finance at ridiculous rates. They shaft you by not selling you an advertised car, even when it is available, they say it isn't. Don't be fooled into thinking they are Managers. It's equivalent to an employee elsewhere. Sure they have to make money, but they don't want to do as advertised. They want to be hard-asses about it, make you feel bad, poor customer service. Just a wakeup call.
