AWFUL!!!! This place doesn't deserve a star, except with the exception that the receptionist was really nice. The "doctor" did not even read the sheet the nurse wrote describing why my pet was there. Then he argued with me and wouldn't even listen to my concern. Then he tried to sell me another procedure...completely unrelated! I was so frustrated that I got up to leave, then he told me that I would still have to pay for a visit, even though he didn't even examine or touch my pet! This place is obviously only out to make money w/o any real concern for taking care of animals.

Took my rescue dog to Dr. Filipescu for neutering 7 years ago. Had one undescended testicle. Dr. claimed to have performed the procedure and issued a certificate which I had no reason to question. Found out last year from another vet that testicle was never removed and created a cancer risk. He did not survive the 2nd surgery.
