User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsKnowing very little about parrots but wanted one as a pet, we went to Pampered Birds and got a Sun Conure and all of the necessary things needed to house and care for our new pet. The total experience could not have been better!! Lourdes and her staff are top notch knowledgeable professionals who genuinely care about you and your bird. The shop has a inventory and toys, cages, perches, food...etc next to none not to mention to being absolutely immaculate. The owner and staff are never too busy to answer question and provide expert advice. We find it quite refreshing in this day and age to be able to obtain such professional individual service. We highly recommend this Pampered Birds!!

Wow, what beautiful and friendly birds. Oscar is outrageous. What a great place to buy your bird and all of his toys and treats. The staff is so helpful and friendly and the owner really knows her stuff. If you really want a good experience go there.

I have been shopping at Pampered Birds in Atwater Village for over 10 years. It is the best bird store in Los Angeles. "molly1414" you have made it quite obvious to me that you have posted a malicious review. What is your ulterior motive? Your description of the store clearly indicates that you have not stepped foot in it. They have over 30 shelves of food for my pets and at least 100 toys on display. Shame on you. Oh and by the way, what old men? What small cages? What sick birds? Very funny how you also reviewed your Doctor in San Jose. Is this a daily commute for you , San Jose to Los Angeles for bird seed? Once again SHAME ON YOU !!!
