Almost everything used to be really good but now just okay. I do not know what changed, but I wish they would go back. Even their salsa is bland.

10-9-2007 The steak in my burrito tasted good, but that is where the good news ends. While large, the burrito was otherwise tasteless which really surprised me since the grill smelled good as I walked up. This a great place for the local LMU students to go get a decent fast meal, but for $5.85 you can find a better burrito at many places in the area. I might go again to try a breakfast burrito since they are close to my house, but I won't go back for lunch or dinner.

12-8-07 Figured I would stop in and try the breakfast burrito since people give it good reviews. It was terrible. Several of the potato chunks were uncooked and super crunchy and the burrito itself was large but had little sausage. Basically big scoops of beans and eggs in a tortilla. I won't be going back...

An LMU and local favorite: Viva Fresh is an LMU and local favorite. Having gone to Viva Fresh once a week or so while I lived a few blocks away was a real treat as now I am temped to drive 30 plus miles for one of their burritos or nacho dishes. The food is great and very well prices however the seating is limited inside to tall tables of no more than four (best for one or just two). Outside dinning is fine for four when the weather is proper. Nevertheless I would recommend takeout over dinning in for Viva Fresh.
