    nice hotel, bar, restaurant (i dont know why one says there's not a restaurant). always clean. valet parking, free shuttle to the airport 24 hours every 15 minutes. about 5 minutes from airport. have stayed several times. usually good customer service. however, this time management disagreed with me about an issue. the customer is always right, especially when he or she has a platinum rewards account.

    simply average: Pros: Very close to the airport, shuttle drivers get you there quickly. There is a free shuttle to Manhattan Beach, but the hotel staff did not tell us about it, you will have to ask.

    Cons:
    This hotel does not offer a restaurant or a gift shop. The staff is not very knowledgeable.
