I thought this IHOP particularly good and friendly staff willing to go the extra mile
food hot and done the way I requested
    child friendly
only drawback was the long wait as they were very busy weekend mornings

One star ONLY because Yahoo will not post the review unless I give it one - it deserves nothing. I've made my last trip to this IHOP or any others.
The breakfast I received on April 18 was terrible; I ate half and I DID pay my check but I will not return.
Potatoes were so overcooked, dry and cunchy they could not be eaten.
Eggs had a hard crusty edge that required sawing to cut.
The toast was barely toasted, barely warm, and unbuttered.
Also, I went there specifically for country fried steak & eggs, but that meal can now be ordered only in a huge meal format that includes items I did not want, and far more food than I can eat.
I was a fool to change my order - I should have simply paid for my coffee and left. But I won't return.
Additional note - this restaurant is terribly uncomfortable, with tables too small and too closely packed - I went ONLY for the country fried steak and eggs, and then ended up with a seriously sub-standard eggs-and-hashbrowns order.
