User Rating: 2 out of 5 starssub-par breakfast in a chain atmosphere: champagne is a breakfast chain that seems to be sweeping los angeles, and i cannot for the life of me figure out why. i would normally avoid this place based on the looks alone (like starbucks but chain-ier), but it's extremely close to my bf's house, so we decided to stop in one ultra-lazy morning. the eggs were runny and bland, the food was like something you would get on an airplane--no joke. and they were charging what a cute brunch place like urth or coral tree would charge you. i honestly don't know how this place stays in business.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsCool Starbucks alternative: Matter of fact it's right next to a Starbucks but this little cafe/bakery has a character of it's own. Quick bite in the morning or afternoon coffee break would be my choice time for a visit.
