| About: | A.O.C. was founded as a wine bar with more than 50 wines by the glass. Their menu has expanded to include a selection of cheese, charcuterie, meat dishes, salads, and desserts. Some selections include toma blu alle erbe treviso italy, jamon serrano, caramelized rhubarb and balsamic, pink shrimp with smoked tomato butter and basil, and bittersweet chocolate tart with caramelized bananas and hazelnuts. Meals are served tapas style, or small plates, in line with the restaurant's "diminutive-dining concept." This allows patrons to try little portions of many different kinds of food, thus allowing them to experiment with interesting combinations and flavors. |

If you like an unconventional trendy dining experience, than this is the place for you. The whole set up is based around a tasting menu, where small portions are ordered individually. This is fun but gets VERY expensive very fast. Try the champagne sampling. IT's worth the money and cool to try with friends.
My favorite favorite place: I just love this place.
Great Tapas style food with great wine selection.
I am not big portion eater, so I will start with some cheese platter with wine.
and do a couple dishes. price are just right.
Staffs are also very nice.
AOC is top-notch: I've eaten here several times and never had a bad meal. The menu changes often but expect to find traditional Mediterranean tapas dishes like chorizo & lomo, oven-fired pizza, bacon-wrapped dates, gnocchi with veal ragout, duck confit, morels, squash, any number of fish dishes, a generous cheese plate and the most interesting strawberry rhubarb buckle dessert. While the food is very good the experience is not cheap, dinner will run $50-60 per person at the bare minimum, before wine.
