    Chang's does it again!!: Fantastic food, great service, excellent price point and an all around good experience. My friends have been going to Chang's for years and have never stopped raving about the food. I went for the first time a month ago and now I'm hooked!! If you're on the west side, this is the place to grab Chinese food. Take out or dine in - you won't be disappointed!
