User Rating: 5 out of 5 starshi hello.i arrived here in US ( florida ) last sept. 2005 as H2B visa holder..before my first contract ends,i transfered here in california with another agency.this agency told me that he can renew my contract or working visa..as time goes by,i always follow up my working visa but the only reason he is giving me and he gave me is that,my renewal application from USCIS is still pending until now..is this status affects me if i will apply for a working visa in canada??please advise me what to do so i can work in canada legally..thanks

hi i need help im an immigrant of canada and i came here to the us as a visitor to see my sick mom and overstayed here until she died and im actually out of status for 7 years, how can i reinstate my immigrant visa there and what will be the process for me to go back there....thanks....please help

Hello I came across your question regarding how you can reinstate your immigrant status in Canada. I would suggest that you open the website of Canada Immigration. In the URL type:cic.gc.ca and the website will open. Once inside, go look up for Permanent Residence application and you will be able to see everything about immigration including reinstatement. Hope this helps.
