User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsOverall this club is not the best paisa club in LA but it is the most cracking. The reason is because it caters to more people with the lack of a dress code, 1 1/2 dance floors, ALL ages, and free before 10pm specials. Unfortunately what makes this clubs so successful is also its downfall. Like mentioned there are fights every night so it literally may not be safe to go. There is no dress code with shorts and sandals allowed. It amazes me the diversity in ages with kids being allowed in the club to grandmothers. Again most people that come to this club are broke so they arrive before 10pm to get in free. Upstairs they have a small hiphop/reggaeton dance floor the girls get crazy, almost saw an orgy happen.
On the flip side if you are low on cash this is the place to be since you can get in free by arriving early. There is no age limit so you if you are underage this is perfect for you. Also if you are a hot female you are allowed to drink. Because of all this reasons this club gets cracking every friday and saturday.
I recommend El Rodeo and Parral if you have money and have a date. If you are coming with many friends, no date, and low on cash then head to potreros.
Be careful on the way out.-

This place sucks.....its way to expensive for the crapy service and the crapy ass place. Sure the music is good but the place is awful. They have no dress code, its any age, and its a huge place yet u gotta buy a freaking bucket of beer to get a damn table, and when u do get it u better not leave it cuz the damn waitress will take it to give it to someone else even if they do know somebody is there. Most girls that go there look like whores, and most guys are probably lil gang bangers. This place sux....if can try to skip it and go somewhere else.

Potreros at in the 90's was a cool club with great bandas and the party atmosphere was great, now the place is rundown and dirty with vomit in the corners and the music genre is so repetitive it makes me insane. Venture out girl...there's way cooler/cleaner clubs out there with guys that will actually buy a drink.
