    LOVE them. Been going there half my life. The big box stores are a nightmare from start to finish - crowded parking lot, items often hard to find, impossible to find anyone who can help or who knows anything, long slow check-out lines - all the opposite at B&B (except, of course, on those days when the parking lot is actually full...). The people at B&B are always nice and helpful, know their stuff, and can even provide advice on your project. For all that, I'm happy to pay a little more, although the prices always seem comparable to, even better than, the big boxes'.
