User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsJust stayed there for 5 days, came home today actually....and I was impressed with the hotel. It is beautiful inside the lobby area, the stores there were pretty nice too, even though a lot of them were closed, but the ones that were open were pretty nice.
The bed was AWESOME!!! I LOVED THE KING BED THAT WE GOT!!!!! The A/C was kinda weird, but it kept the place pretty cool. I did have a huge stain on my carpet in my room. Looked like someone had spilled ink on the carpet, so I was kinda disappointed in that. The view we had was great, loved seeing the skyscrapers all lit up at night. The steak that I had ordered from room service was so yummy, so was the burgers as well.
I know you are basically paying for the name, but I still feel that $200 a night for the room we had, with the huge stain (it was really big and noticeable), wasnt really worth $200 a night. All in all, the people were really nice and courteous, and I would stay there again.-

I tried calling them to get some information about their location and they were completely rude. So quick to transfer or put me on hold without letting me speak. The only person who was helpful was the gentleman in the restaurant. I will not be staying there.

omg this place is awsome. the service took a little while, but i was worth it. the view was great.and the gym waas off the hook, as well as the mall, and the food court, wouls stay her a million times again
