and 2 idiots started BS story-my mirror need to send to Toyota for inspection.Replace will coast me-part $200.00 plus tax
and labor $120.00.
This is a service? Never go there again,and tell everybody about this crapy

User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI'd hack off my left arm before I lease a car here again. I almost walked out three times after they tried to secretly change the contract. When we finally agreed, the contract said they would add a tape deck to the car, but when I got back to service, they said they couldn't add a tape deck without the rest of the stereo system. After complaining to sales, they installed the stereo, but there was no sound. They actually said "sorry, speakers are extra."

Tried to sell me a 2007 Yaris at the same price another Toyota dealership across town was selling a brand new 2008 one for. No prices on many of their pre-owned cars. Sleazy sales tactics and rude salesman. He thought because I was a woman I wouldn't know anything about cars/prices. Wrong. You messed with the wrong gal.
