I needed to update my jewelry appraisal for our new insurance company. The people at Rothstein Jewelers were very nice and honest. They cleaned my rings, showed me with the magnifier the tiny flaws in my diamonds, took photos, and gave me back my rings! I gave them time to type up the appraisals, email them to my insurance company, and mail me the originals. I felt very comfortable with them and I'm going back to update my grandma's old jewelry! (They also offered to buy the old gold jewelry, which I can use for credit or I could take the money.) I may do both!

I really had a nice ear piercing experience at J. Rothstein. Janet was very patient, friendly, and extremely professional. I have gotten my ears pierced at the mall before and the pain was so bad, but at J. Rothstein my experience was very positive. There was no throbbing, hardly any redness, and the service is very clean and top notch. There is a wide selection of earrings to choose from and the quality is excellent. I have very sensitive ears so I highly recommend this establishment. There's no need to go to the mall, go to J. Rothstein and get quality service and quality earrings. Five stars -- D. Dillard
