I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT PENSKE COLLISION CENTER , I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE ESPECIALLY OLD LADYS, OR WOMEN THE MANAGER AT PENSKE COLLISION IN DOWNEY HE IS VERY RUDE, NO EDUCATION AT ALL AND NO SIGN OF CUSTOMER SERVICE . HERE IS MY STORY , ON DEC I HAD A CAR ACCIDENT I WAS REAR ENDED, I TOOK MY CAR TO PENSKE COLLISION IN DOWNEY FOR AN ESTIMATE, I ASK THE MANAGER AND THE ADJUSTER IF THEY WILL FIX MY BUMPER ANDIF THEY WILL USE ORIGINAL PARTS, THEIR ANSWER WAS YES WE AT PENSKE TOYOTA USE ONLY ORIGINAL PARTS FROM TOYOTA. I TOLD THEM I DONT WANT AFTER MARKET PARTS, BECAUSE IF YOU DO PLEASE LET ME KNOW , I HAVE ANOTHER BODY SHOP TO GO. THEIR INTENTIONS WAS TO KEEP THE CUSTOMER BY LYING TO ME, I WENT 3 TIMES TO THE MANAGER I ASKED HIM 3 TIMES THE SAME QUESTION, AND HIS ANSWER WAS THE SAME NO WE ONLY USE TOYOTA'S PART, MY CAR IS TOYOTA CAMRY 2004 SO I TRUSTED THEM, I TOOK MY CAR FOR REPAIRS AND THEY MADE ME SIGN ALL KINDS OF PAPERS. THEN 4 DAYS PASSED I DID NOT HEAR A WORD FROM THEM, I CALLED THEM A WEEK AFTER,MY CAR WAS NOT READY WHEN THEY PROMISSED IT WAS GOING TO DONE IN 4 WORKING DAYS. THEN THEY WANTED ME TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE REPAIR WHEN MY INS HAD ALREADY PAID THEM. I HAD TO CALL MY INS AND THEM AND WAS BACK AND FORTH.FINALLY I GOT MY CAR BACK. THEY PUT AFTER MARKET PARTS I ASKED THEM WHY THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME AN ANSWERS, THAT'S WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER, HE WAS A NIGHTMARE HE IS VERY RUDE, I FELT THAT THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME AND MY SITUATION , THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER ALL WHAT THEY WANT IS THEIR MONEY. IMAGINE AFTER HAVING AN ACCIDENT AND THEN TO DEAL WITH TYPE OF SERVICE.

me and my fiancee purchased a vehicle they said all the paperwork was fine so we drove out happy 3 weeks later i call to ask if all the paperwork was fine it was so 1 week later i got a call saying we werent financed the financer from penske toyota said we were he lied not only that he was very rude to the CUSTOMERS and EMPLOYEES very rude we put up with it because of the price of the car very good but this man was rude MUHAMMED STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY WOW WHAT A CHARACTER he is a lier a cheater and a deciever he lied. every one is nice except him we put 2500 down and now its been difficult to get it back not our fault they lied STAY AWAY PLEASE NOT WORTH IT THEY WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING FOR A SALE EVEN GET YOUR HOPES UP LIKE ME AND MY FIANCEE.

The sales people at this dealer were absolutely rude. They pressure you to fill out paper work. They try to sell you the car before you even talk about anything else. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.
