User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsWe did a girls night this is one of the lil Dives we hit first "Good times" !!!!!!!!!!! The only thing wrong with this place is they need 2 BARTENDERS or order 2 drinks at a time for the long wait!!! Cheers to all
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI agree that this is the best hang out in Downey. However, service sucks! it takes for ever to get a drink and apprarently even the regulars get ignored based on the mood and or how high the owner's daughter is that particular night. Someone call Dad out of state and tell him to come to Downey and clean house. There is one little petite blonde very pretty and stylish bartender that is great though but I think she works days (too bad for Kelley's!).
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBest Hang out Spot in Downey: This mom and pop bar is great to hang out. The people are great , the Bartenders are friendly and the drinks are cheap!!!! Kelleys tavern is a great spot o hang out.
