To many other fish in the sea of law...Silverman & Goldszer...SMELL!!! What busy attorney has time to respond on a Yahoo blog??? One who isnt working on your case!

They take to many cases so they don't get yours done in a timely manner. I have 2 cases with them one finally got settled 6 months ago and it happened in 2004 and the other just settled last week. They don't communicate with you what so ever. You have to babysit the attorney. Mr. Silverman is really nice and tries to really help. Goldszer is so busy that he just doesn't care. After my cases were settled I had to keep on calling them so I can get my money from them. They are attorney's so my money to them is change but it was something I needed I had to call 20 times after the date i was told he would send out my check to finally get it. Not dependable at all I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

"After my cases settled " means this client prevailed in both her cases. Some lawyers refuse to take cases when the police report puts their client 100 percent at fault others fight for their clients and make sure justice prevails and the client wins. Silverman & Goldszer fight insurance companies and never give up as long as it takes.
