By Far the best pizza on the west coast, whenever we are in the BH area we get a pie to go. Love the sauce and cheese, a perfect pizza everytime!
Waited an hour and 1/2 for delivery, never showed: I was told an hour wait. I called to check on the delivery at 1 hour and 15 min and was put on hold twice by 2 different people and finally told it would be here any moment. I waited another 15 minutes and called back and asked if the driver had a cell phone. I was told "no" by the OWNER. I'm thinking, how can you make deliveries to office buildings in Beverly Hills without a cell phone in 2006? He then checks on the delivery and changes his story saying, "oh the driver does have a cell phone and noone answered so he brought the pizza back". ARE YOU FREAKIN KIDDING ME? I told him my phone was in my hand the whole time and there are no missed calls. He proceeds to tell me after I paid $30 and waited 1:30 that he doesn't have time to deal with me and if his driver said he called he called. Oh yeah...great service. If the pizza's good, i'll never know and don't care to find out. Another overrated restaraunt surrounded by hype because of its location. What a joke.
Good Eats: It's a little known fact that the actress Kathy Moriarty owns Mulberry Street Pizza and never changed the prices on anything. It's as authentic as it can be.
