User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsHonest and Slow!: I got good service, at a great price but it took four hours for my work order to be written. Ken was the only service writer and he took forever - when the work finally got done, he didn't tell me that my paperwork was done and to go to the cashier. Although he and the mechanic were helpful, I saw very little evidence that this was a customer-oriented business.
