User Rating: 5 out of 5 starswent to the parts department because I lost my key. I bought a new one.they said it would take 2-4 days but i recieved my the very next day I got a call that my key was ready. if your gonna order something from them try to do it before 1pm so that it gets shipped asap. but with customer service everything was proffesional and quick.

Great experience! Kudos to James Bush - The day I went they had a glitch with computer system, minor set backs but it was not their fault. Overall experience, a nice positive energy flowing in here, at least for me. I will go back again when I want to get another Beamer!
I say, know what you want in a car, do your research first and call/go check them out!
