User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI took my corvette in because it was making a high pitch noise in the rear. They told me I needed to replace my wheel bearings and get the differential serviced. I took it to another mechanic and they said it was just my tires wearing. If I had let them do the work it would have cost me over $15000. These guys are rip offs. Don't trust them.

I bought a $45,000 SUV and I was treated like I was buying a 50 cents candy! The sales personal is rude, tries to convince you to buy things that you don't need w/ attitude and treats you like a dumb a** if you refuse it! After 6 months I went in for a service and I was treated again like I did something wrong....I am an 39 yrs old professional and easy going, not many things bothers me, but, just to think of my 4 visits there along the last 3 yrs, gets me mad....I mean, really pissed off!
If you like to be disrespected, taken advantage and have a chat with the lowest class individuals from the sales team to the customer service, that's the place to go!!! Btw, just drive by the customer service and you will see everybody, I mean, every single person waiting around for hours and really mad about it!

I am so frustrated with that place, The service man "Jason" (older guy,larger frame) sold me a $400.00 door panel for my Envoy 2 yrs ago and he had his guys temorarily fix the old one(Which to date is still on and functioning perfectly)until my new one came from the factory. he is such a scandelous piece that he he refused a refund/return because it was special order. I seriously advise anyone who is considering using them for anything to GO ELSEWHERE!!!drive a little and save alot of $$ and headaches. the worst dealership I have ever delt with and I have owned a Kia!! so if t5hey are better you know power sucks.
