User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI bought a few cars from Will Silva and its been a great experience every time . Their also great in taking care of my refferals . I recommend them to anybody who is interested in a BMW.

I've taken my BMW to them a few times. The first time, it was under warranty and the service was good. They found the problems, fixed them, and had my car ready on time. The next time, I brought it in for the 40K mile service. They charged me $800, which I think is a bit expensive, but I've read that you have to take a BMW in for a service when it says to keep it running well. The third time I brought it in, I got the brakes done. I think they overcharged me by a lot on the brakes (I think about $1200 in total). The last time, I brought it in for an oil service and they charged over $200!! In addition, the service took all day. If I'm paying that much for an oil change, the car had better be ready on time.
All in all, I'd give South Bay BMW a mixed review. If your BMW is under warranty, do bring it here. If it's not, find somewhere else.

yes your bmw is convered for 4years or 50k miles which ever comes first.
