found a hair in my plate, informed a waiter who apologized and that was it, they didn't even replace or throw out the serving bowl, then after informing the manager she didn't seem to care, awful, no taste and minimal concern for hygiene.

That's a nice place to enjoy food and tons of the choices, the customer said that he/she found a hair in the plate. I think that's unusual and different person have different way to fix the problem. Just like some peole put their finger to their mouth to get wet ad then spread the papers to others, isn't that dirty?haha!!We think that's dirty, but the person who spread the paper does not think that's dirty.haha
