I like say thank you to( Mr." J and Ms. G") the team for with me for a long time I have been sick in and out of the hospital but 2006-2007 I seen Mr.J he work me so good be-for my sugary wight loss the sugars I well do round two coming so wen my Dr. got the note of this he was so happy for so . User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThough I am a new member I must say i have enjoyed myself the few times I went. The staff was out standing, the place was clean and the equipment was up to date. So with that said if your looking in to enjoy yourself with a work out in a friendly place go down and check it out. Its only time you would spend going down there if you didn't like it. So I hope you will come down.And see for yourself
