User Rating: 2 out of 5 starslong wait - not worth it: This place has poor customer service and the bagels are squishy, not firm and chewy. I am told by staff they are baked without boiling. That is not the traditional way. I wonder what other shortcuts have been used here. Always looking for a good bagel - not here
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThey know my name!: This place is totally awesome. The food is really good and there are tons to choose from. Everyone's super polite and patient. And last time I went there, the girl taking my order remembered my name from the last time I was there. I wanted to give her a high five, but there were people behind me waiting and they looked grumpy. Anyway, yeah, i think this is currently my favorite place to go at lunch. It's also next to a Starbucks when I need to go nuts.
