Jer-ne's menu reflects artfully prepared California regional cuisine created with fresh local ingredients at the peak of season. The service was poor and the waitress for our table showed no enthusiasm or customer service. We were there for an occasion -this was noted when the reseravation was made and then again before the actual dinner. The event was completely forgotten by the staff! The food was way overpriced for what you ended up getting!
excellent atmosphere: The restaurant is in the marina del rey harbor. The view is beautiful. It is fairly quite and uncrowded, but not empty normally. The only con is that the portions of everything from the apetizers to desert are tiny and expensive. The quality is great though, so considering the ambience i wouldn't say it's too overpriced. Depends on your budge of course. The quality of food is great. If you want to impress someone this is definitely the place. If you don't go overboard with the drinks it's about $100-150 a person.
