Excellent service. Professional, knowlegable and friendly staff. I love my Toyota Corolla :) Nate, the salesperson I worked with gets five stars from me :)
Having lived in Colorado and been pleased with the John Elway dealer brand (they're EVERYWHERE in CO), I thought that this would be the obvious choice to purchase a car I saw advertised in the LA Times. In a matter of one hour, I was reminded why car sales people have the reputations/stereotypes they try so hard to deny, and why "sales managers" have an even worse image. This staff was the rudest and most unprofessional I have ever come across, wondering how John Elway could ever put his name on this place. Not only was there a "misunderstanding" in the price of the car, the sales manager refused to accept any responsibility (or even apologize). Itâs always fun to play the game âcount how many mistruths a car dealership tells you.â This place holds the record. If that wasn't bad enough, the large (see: intimidating) manager followed me to my car to continue his condescending tirade over the $225 price difference. I love Toyotas, but never again will we ever shop any John Elway property here or Colorado (nor our friends and family). Steer clear of this disastrous place! By the way, be careful when you call them on the phone-- mine was digitally recorded and tried to be thrown back in my face. Classy John Elway Toyota!
service dept, honest and fair....: i took my 1997 camry in for service and could not have been more impressed by the service staff!!!!!!! i own a few classic cars and if i could (i asked) i would have them even service my 1969 mustang convertible... nice, speedy, fair, and honest... try it and you will agree. dave.

We live by the beach and always keep quarters in our cars for parking meters. About 6 months ago, 2 rolls of quarters were stolen out of my wifes car while it was in for service. We reported the problem but it was only $40.00 so we just wrote it off. Recently our sons car was in for maintenance and his iPod was stolen from his glove box. I called the service manager immediately after returning home and he said he would contact me by the end of the day after he spoke with the owner. I didn't here anything from him so the next day I wrote Toyota Corporate asking them if it could this be investigated. They opened a case but did not answer my question. They said the Customer Relations Manager will contact me by the end of the business day Friday. In the event I did not receive contact from the dealership by this date, please contact them with a file number they provided. The Customer Relations Manager didn't contact me so I responded to Corporate again and they said I would need to work it out with the dealership. I also tried the BBB. I submitted my complaint and received a confirmation e-mail that they received my complaint. After not hearing anything for a month, I called to follow up and was told there was no complaint
Rigo Carbajal I live in Rancho Palos Verdes. I bought a Toyota Tacoma from Manhattan Toyota in January 2008 a month later after I bought it I lost a Hub Cup from one of my wheels. I try to buy a new one but they did not carry one, they said that it was a special one. I was told that it was a quality issue from Toyota that I lost it. The other three hub cups are loose. I spoke to tha Manager that sold me the car (Tim) and he told me he waqs going to take care of me. I did not here anything from him, after couple weeks I decided to follow up, after three phone calls he returned my messages and he said it again that he was going to take care of me. He never did I went to Manhattan Totota spoke to the management and I was directed to the Quality Manager, she told me that she was going to correct the problem and to take care of me. Again she did NOT do anything. I did an e-mail to Toyota in Manhattan and never got any response. I did a complain to the corporate and Toyota never got an answer. It's about time for me to buy a car but I will never buy a Toyota in my life. I love my truck but the experience I had with Manhattan Toyota made me look into another manufacturer such as Honda or ????? I just wanted to share this experience I had. By the way my truck is still running without a hub cup.
