The owner is extremely rude. I brought in a few Dooney purses and as soon as he saw them he immediately told me that he could clean them but if they came back ruined then he was not responsible. He was very rude and made me not want to ever come back. I took my purses elsewhere and they came back perfectly clean.

Owner is dishonest: I had $40 worth of dry cleaning. When I came to pick up my items, I told him I left my coupon at home and asked him if he would honor the coupon or if i should return the following day. He said he would give me the discount. Then he charged me the full amount and did not give me an itemized receipt. When I went back in and asked for the receipt I saw that he charged me the full amount. When I protested, he told me it was too late and there was nothing he could do! I found this to be upsetting and dishonest since he is the owner. He is a cheat and does not understand customer service. I will not return to his place of business.
