    Outstanding Cal Cuisine: Joe Miller, year in and year out, runs one of my favorite restaurants in Southern California. The cuisine is always fresh and inventive, the service understated but attentive. It is always a pleasure to "Eat at Joes!" Oh, and they have an excellent lunch Prix Fixe that is one of the best deals in town!
