Great Resturant with very good service and HUGE portions! Great for kids. The fish and chips are great. The chicken parmesean is good, and the alfredo is very good. This is a great fun resturant to eat at where you definitely get your moneys worth in the meals sizes. The desserts, not so great though.
Not worth it: So after reading all the great reviews on various sites, I decided to trek to Marina Del Rey from Hollywood to enjoy a nice night out with my girlfriend. Boy, did I have another thing coming. To say the customer service was "average" is an understatement. It was obvious the waitress had too many tables to handle which hindered her ability to provide the basic necessities ( i.e. water). And the food? Well, that is another sore subject. My girlfriend asked for her filet "medium well" and it came out "medium rare." So she asked to have the meat cooked a little longer and to our disappointment it came back burnt on the outside and still bloody on the inside. The steak was pretty much a lost cause at this point. In the meantime, my food had turned cold while waiting for my girlfriend's meat to be re-cooked and I had asked to have it reheated. But as you would have guessed, this led to another disappointment. They warmed up my meat but left my veggies and mashed potatoes cold as the ocean water. Needless to say, the customer service never redeemed itself. We would ask for our check and decide to head home for the night.
nice ambiance, average food.: it was a nice place to have a quiet dinner for two by the dock, but the food that night was sub-par. our filet mignon was medium on the inside but charcoaled on the outside. the alaskan king crab was a little on the small 1/2 lb side and the flavor wasn't as rich as we've had in other places. we tried some of the house drink specials and weren't enthused by them. key lime pie for dessert was tasty, but had a strange smelling green syrup that was nice for the presentation but took away from the taste. one thing i did like was that even though we arrived late for dinner (830) and stayed late (after 10), feel rushed at all by the wait staff and were able to enjoy a leisurely dinner.
the view is nice and the bar seems like a fun place to go to watch a game with some pizza, but we probably won't return here for the dinner food.

Her "filet"? what kind of filet? You asked to have it re-heated? MORON! Why would you let your food get cold in the first place? As I would have guessed? You are an inarticulate loser with no social skills and bad taste. Stick to Applebees and McDonalds, that way you can enjoy "warmed up meat"!
