| About: | After 26 years Chez Melange, the flagship of the Michael Franks and Robert Bell partnership, has moved to the heart of the Riviera Village in Redondo Beach. Michael and Robert are constantly seeking the freshest, most seasonal ingredients available. The weekly changing menu reflects a contemporary, rustic cuisine focusing on fish and seafood as well as sustainable, locally grown products as much as possible. We are open for lunch and dinner, as well as brunch on Saturday and Sunday. The setting is comfortable, both sophisticated and casual. Please also visit Bouzy, the new addition to Chez Melange dining experience, located next door. Bouzy, a neighborhood gastropub, takes the best of a French brasserie, an English pub, and an American bar and grill. We have over thirty beers, with 8 on draft, and several wines by the glass. The restaurant is also linked to worthy charity events and annually hosts the "For Our Children" food and wine tasting benefit for children's charity. |

One of the best restaurants I've been to in the Southbay. This place and Christine's off of Hawthorne Blvd has to be the best restaurants in the region.
