Santa Monica BMW would be the number one reason that I would avoid buying another BMW if I have to deal with these people. Can they possibly be any worse than this??? RUDE, EXPENSIVE, HORRIBLE ATTITUDE , HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE LIERS and the owner must be a very DISHONEST individual for hiring this type of staff! They just do not care! They only see you as a dollar sign. No respect, No understanding of how to behave with the customer. Santa Monica BMW redefines AWFUL SERVICE and their prices are much higher than other BMW dealers in the Valley. I drive out of my way to go to any other BMW dealership than Santa Monica. They act as if they are doing you a favor for fixing your car there. Wait for your car to be outside of warranty and they will take you to cleaners....I do not trust them at all....Shame on me for giving them my business over and over and still they still treat me very poorly...I will avoid them for the life of me....Don't be fooled by their location or environment, they are Awful, Awful, Awful. Why they have to be such a JERKS after so many negative reviews about them? If they cared they would have changed their way of doing business by now....HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Absolutely the worst BMW dealership I have dealt with on either coast. Horrible customer service. Not to mention the odd events that happen when my car is there. First incident was when my car was sideswiped while parked on their lot and they had to have the body shop repair the damage. The second issue was when I went to pick up my car and it wouldn't start. They finally got it going two days later. The third issue was when my car had a flat tire three blocks away and I had lost the locking bolt. I walked over and asked for some help they told me that was not their problem and They wouldn't look at my car until my car was on their lot. Fat Chance. Went to Stoke's Tire next door. they loaned me a portable compressor. I got the car over to them and they fixed the flat in 45 minutes. Screw You Santa Monica BMW. I'am going to try out Beverly Hills BMW and if they don't measure up then I will head out to Thousand Oaks which is outstanding.

They charged me $150 for an estimate, an outragous amount and then estimated repairs at $2500. Had repairs done by another BMW shop for under $900.
