We were celebrating double birthdays, 6 adults and 2 kids.. The waitress offered the kids french fies to settle them down until the food was served. Everyone was so nice, pleasant, engaging and attended to our every need. When it was time to cut the cake the waitress put candles on the cake and sang happy birthday. The sushi was so delightful my daughter and I went back a few days later.
Rude and offensive staff - food overpriced and very ordinary.
1st of all even though I had made reservations, they made me wait 10 minutes. Then our waitress felt like she dosen't want to be working there on a friday night, so we had bad service all night long. Food was too overpriced, but it wasn't bad. Afterwards they bring me my bill while I was still eating, I read earlier someone left a comment here that Houston's made them pay 15% tip, and I couldn't believe they would do something like that. He/She was right you have to tip at least 15%, even though their service was terrible, they force you to pay 15% tip? Wow! At the end of the night the bill came out to $98.04 for only my date and I. What Im trying to say is if your going to spend that amount of money, go to a fancy restaurant... NOT HOUSTON'S!!!
